01Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using DJStack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02Description of Service

DJStack is a professional DJ library management platform. The service allows you to:

  • Organize and browse your personal music collection with metadata (BPM, key, artist).
  • Plan DJ sets using a set planner with harmonic mixing guidance (Camelot wheel).
  • Stream audio from locally connected devices within your own session.
  • Manage multiple storage devices and track their availability.

DJStack is a tool for personal professional use. It does not provide public broadcasting, distribution, or licensing services.

03Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You may not share your account with others or create accounts for third parties without their consent.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

04Your Content & Music

You retain full ownership of your music files and the data you input into DJStack.

By using DJStack you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the legal right to use all music files you add to the platform.
  • You will not use DJStack to infringe copyright or distribute unlicensed recordings.
  • You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable music licensing laws in your jurisdiction.

DJStack does not audit or verify your music library for licensing compliance. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate rights to all content you use through the platform.

05Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security feature of DJStack.
  • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access or extract data from the platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Use the platform to host, share, or distribute any illegal content.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.

06Payments & Subscriptions

DJStack offers optional paid subscription plans (Founder, Pro) and add-ons. Payments are processed by Stripe.

  • All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
  • DJStack is not responsible for any errors or issues that originate from Stripe's payment processing.

07Intellectual Property

Ownership. DJStack.pro, including its name, logo, interface design, source code, algorithms, database structure, and all associated content, is the exclusive property of IVI Creative Agency ("Company"), protected under United States copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.), trademark law, and other applicable intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.

Copyright Notice. Copyright © 2026 IVI Creative Agency. The DJStack platform, in whole or in part, may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, distributed, transmitted, or used to create derivative works without the prior written permission of the Company.

Trademarks. "DJStack," "DJStack.pro," "djstack.app," and "djstack.zone" are trademarks of IVI Creative Agency. You may not use these marks in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or disparage the Company.

Prohibited Actions. You expressly agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of DJStack's code, design, or user interface.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the platform.
  • Create a competing product or service substantially similar to DJStack using knowledge gained from using this service.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices.
  • Use DJStack's name, branding, or design in any way without written consent.

Beta Program Confidentiality. During the beta testing phase, features, functionality, and the overall product are confidential. You agree not to disclose, publicize, or reproduce screenshots, workflows, or descriptions of non-public features without written consent.

License to Use. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use DJStack solely for your own professional DJ management purposes. This license does not grant ownership of any intellectual property.

Violation of these intellectual property rights may result in immediate account termination and civil or criminal liability under U.S. and international law. The Company reserves the right to seek injunctive relief and damages.

08Disclaimer of Warranties

DJStack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DJStack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or music library information.
  • Loss of profits or revenue.
  • Service interruptions or data breaches.
  • Errors in BPM, key, or metadata analysis.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of DJStack shall not exceed the amount you paid to DJStack in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform.

11Governing Law & Disputes

Governing Law. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of DJStack, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class or representative action.

DMCA. If you believe your copyrighted work has been reproduced on DJStack in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject "DMCA Notice."
